About the Scottish Equine Education Seminar 2020

We run the only multi-professional equine event in Scotland. Focusing our beliefs of a whole horse approach to topics affecting equines at all levels and disciplines. We have chosen a central location to afford easy access to all, so we can further encourage education, sharing of ideas and para-professional networking.

The day of lectures covers a specific topic and is covered by chosen equine professionals - this time, vet, farrier and physio approach to 'rehabilitating the injured equine' - and it is open to all professions and interested equine people. (It just so happens I'm a farrier who believes teamwork make life better for the horse and my back!!)

Our audience at the first event had 80+ people, they consisted of saddlers, farriers, podiatrists, equine body workers (of all spheres - chiropractors, massage, physio etc.) vets and vet students, think there was a dentist and then some competition riders so a good mix of the equine world.

The new venue we have chosen for this year’s event on the 24th October is the Battleby Conference Centre, just outside Perth with a higher capacity, lovely facilities and plenty of free parking we are hoping to increase our audience numbers substantially.

We have priced the event competitively, so that it is affordable for all with an early bird rate of £65 until July and £75 after. This includes lunch and refreshments.

I would be grateful if you could share the information within your association or professional sphere as we look to fill the seats with like-minded, eager to learn individuals.

Our facebook page is ‘Scottish Equine Education Seminar’ and has comments and feedback on the last event and updates, ticket reservations and payment details for SEES 2020.
