Searching for an ATF

Hi, I am currently studying the pre farrier course at Herefordshire and Ludlow college. I am looking for an ATF farrier for my apprenticeship which I would be looking to start next year. I have the required GCSEs needed.
I must admit I do not have much experience around horses. I have had riding lessons when I was younger and when I visited family in Canada I would often help them with the horse doing mucking out, feeding etc.
However I am confident around horses and a quick learner and do pick things up very quickly. I’m a very good listener, I am polite, easy to talk to, hard working, and it’s my best interested to make the most of this career and do the best I possible can.
I am based in Maidstone in Kent and I am 17 but will be 18 when apprenticeship will be due to stat. I would like to go not too far out as I can not afford to move.
I do however have a full driver’s license so am happy to travel to places if need be.
