  Horses Inside and Out
All Systems Go! Anatomy for Performance at The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester 25th 26th February 2012 The 2012 conference will be looking at various aspects of the eleven anatomical systems of the horse and examining how understanding them is useful in considering how we manage, train and care for our horses. Who is the conference aimed at? Anyone with an interest in horses and how the work of vets, scientists and trainers impact on the welfare of the horse. Delegates include but are not restricted to trainers, riders, competitors, therapists, equine/animal/veterinary/BHS students. Who will be speaking? John Killingbeck on Neurological Problems and the Horse in the 21st Century, Dr Andrew Hemmings on Brain Function, Dr Pat Harris on Nutrition, Obesity, Tying up and Laminitis, Yogi Breisner on Fitness and the Competition Horse, Dr Svend Kold on Conformation, Back and Pelvic Problems, Haydn Price on Maintaining Soundness and Performance, Dr Lesley Young on Heart Problems, Gillian Higgins on Way of Going from an Anatomical Perspective.
