Office Administrator

Based at Stoneleigh Park, The British Farriers and Blacksmiths’ Association (BFBA) is seeking to recruit a part-time Office Administrator who will play a key role in delivering support and advice to our members. No specialist farrier knowledge is required, and general office training will be given. 

The role, which is from 09.30 – 12.30, Monday to Friday, will involve general office duties including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls, dealing with general account queries and ensuring all requests from members are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Reporting to the Membership Secretary, the ideal candidate will have a good, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous office experience would be advantageous. As this role is client facing, via telephone and email, good communication skills are essential.
